What Richi is
Richi builds custom software for companies, teams and founders: websites and client portals, AI agents, automations and systems built to scale. Everything that gets built belongs to you from day one. I stay on board as your development partner for as long as you want, and I am replaceable whenever you need it.
How I work
AI-powered, following the Richi Development Framework: typed contracts, automated tests and deployment gates from the first line. I work by the principle of proportionality: effort, technology and solution follow your problem, never the other way around. And everything I recommend runs in my own products first.

Who is behind it
I am Yves Richel. For seven years I have worked in highly regulated finance; for three of them I have owned two agile teams of 25 people in payments as Product Owner, plus sub-project leadership. I design functional and technical implementations for special regulations like DORA and KRITIS. Richi grew out of research and the ambition to make AI viable for project management, development and operations right there: in scaled, highly regulated environments.
